Except for the representations and warranties specifically set forth by us, all other representations and warranties of any kind, either express or implied by Eventda Sdn. Bhd. in HRD Corp e-Venue platform is deemed to be made by Eventda Sdn. Bhd. alone in their own capacity and Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) absolves itself from all and any obligation and/or responsibility in relation to such representations and/or warranties.

By using the HRD Corp e-Venue platform, you expressly agree and accept that all bookings / transactions placed through HRD Corp e-Venue platform are strictly between you and Eventda Sdn. Bhd., of which PSMB is not a party to the bookings / transactions, and you shall liaise directly with Eventda Sdn. Bhd. in any event of complications that may arise. Notwithstanding this, based on goodwill we may assist you, of which such assistance shall not tantamount to us being a party to the bookings / transactions.

In furtherance thereto, you further accept and agree that PSMB shall not in any event be liable for any claim, loss, damage or liability howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any basis (whether direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages or loss of income) whether in relation to any complication and or alleged or proven breach of contract as a result of your bookings / transactions via HRD Corp e-Venue platform.
